Introduction

Welcome to the FIFE download page! Here you will find all recently released FIFE downloads including FIFE's source code, tools and demos. You will also find a section containing a SDK for compiling FIFE on Windows. Enjoy!

Win32 Installer Package

This package is meant for users to easily get working with FIFE. It includes everything you need to get started either running a FIFE based game or working on your own game. Please note that you MUST have Python 2.7 (32bit) installed before running this installer. If you would like to work with or modify the FIFE source code please download the source (available below) or you can download the latest source by visiting our Git repository. To compile FIFE please goto the Guides & tutorials section of the wiki to find more information on building FIFE on your platform.

The below files include only the FIFE source code and Tools. It does NOT include the demos (rio_de_hola, pychan_demo and shooter).

Other

If you have FIFE installed you can extract these files anywhere and you will be able to run them.

Development Kit for Windows that offers support for a number of different Win32 IDEs / compilers (Code::Blocks /w mingw, SCons /w mingw, Visual Studio 8 /w MSVC 2005 & Visual Studio 9 /w MSVC 2008):

The linked DevKit is always meant to build the most recent trunk revision from source. If you would like to build older stable releases or SVN revisions from source you should check out the following article and download the DevKit that fits the revision you're trying to build.
